Birthday Cupcakes!

I baked red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing for Alicia's 27th birthday last week and brought them in to work. They were GONE by 8:15am!!! Not even kidding! We work with hyenas who devour most anything brought in containing sugar and/or sprinkles. As I write this, I'm pretending that I didn't contribute to the madness by scarfing one down in my office before I even turned my computer on...hehehe! ;)
